Executive Committee meetings are available in PDF format and are password
protected. If you have forgotten your password, please
request it by filling-in our online form and
we will forward it to you as soon as we possibly can. Alternatively, please
contact us directly.
If

NEXT MEETING
Tuesday 8th July 2008 at 7.30pm in the Pavilion
Executive Committee meetings are normally held every two months at in the Zenith Garden Pavilion. Contact any Committee Member for further details. Any owner or representative wishing to address the committee must lodge a written
request by submitting an
Agenda Item Request form to the Managing Agent
for inclusion on the next meeting's agenda, at least 7
days prior to the meeting they wish to address. The Executive Committee reserves the right to refuse or allow discussion of
any item, which may not be covered by the Executive Committee's authority or
which may
not be relevant to general community interest.
