Information for new residents
A very warm welcome to Zenith Garden!

We are delighted that you have chosen to live at Zenith Garden!
New residents (including tenants) are asked to liaise with their real estate agent or vendor to obtain keys to the front gates and pavilion sporting facilities. If this is not possible, please contact the key custodian listed in the Executive Committee contact list below - this will allow you to purchase sets of keys.
Please also familiarise yourself with the Zenith Garden
Management
Statement which will help you to understand the way in which Zenith Garden and the facilities are managed.

Pets
There are many beautiful cats and dogs living with their smitten owners at Zenith Garden. To ensure that we all love them, please be a responsible owner...
Dogs
Dog owners are reminded of their responsibility to always keep their pets on a leash when walking around the estate.
It is also important to remember to pick up their faeces to ensure the cleanliness of the estate and health of all residents. Barking: Excessive or nuisance barking should be acted on to avoid disturbing your neighbours. Anti bark courses and devices are available if you dog barks excessively. Dogs are not allowed in the enclosed pool area for hygiene reasons.
Cats
Zenith Garden is fortunate to have beautiful common areas which are home to many wild animals, so please keep your cat inside at night. It's the law! Don't risk the pound...
The Executive Committee and Warringah Council support the Companion Animal Act, which enables the community to address issues of predation by domestic cats. The Companion Animal Act states that:
- Cats must be kept inside at night
- Stray cats that attack wildlife on the common property may be removed
- Council officers are authorised to capture and impound offending cats.
- Owners may face fines if accused of violating regulations
